"SOUL 2 SOUL" is the culmination of a lifelong dream and represents the first major work that I have ever submitted for publication. It is the direct result of almost two years obsessing over each and every word and finding myself at my keyboard all hours of the day and night. Since the first thing every fledging writer learns is to never quit his day job I’ve watched the sun come up many a morning as I furiously typed away through the long dark nights. This was my life for approximately 22 months. The obsession turned into passion and the work became a labor of love.

    In the process of writing this book I came to understand many things about myself as well as my rightful place in the scheme of things. I had spent my life in search of that something special only to discover that it was inside of me all the while. As the chapters unfolded before me I began to acknowledge and finally accept my true calling. When I am writing I am overcome by a sense of joy and exhilaration unlike anything I have ever felt or experienced.

    Writing is what I was born to do, what I was destined to do and with your blessings what I shall endeavor to do from this day forward. I have seen the future. It is a blank piece of paper waiting for the magic of my words to bring it to life. My destiny calls me and with pen in hand I shall embrace it with open arms. I shall take the path less traveled and what my eyes come to see I shall translate into words so that others may walk with me. This is my dream and I shall not rest until it becomes my reality.

    In the interim I count the days in anticipation of that special moment when at last I may share my story with the rest of the world. I currently reside in East Norwich, NY with my beautiful wife Eileen and with whom I just recently celebrated a total of twenty-five years of wedded bliss, albeit it took me two times to get it right.

     As for my hero he has recently been promoted to the rank of Seargent as a proud member of The United States Marines.
